Books@Work is one of the top five businesses that promote literature, according to Forbes Magazine.

Books@Work is a nonprofit in Cleveland that connects companies with professors to talk about literature. Ann Kowal Smith, DM '10, is the founder and executive director of the program. The program discusses novels and narrative nonfiction rather than business or how-to books to encourage discussion of difficult subjects through the lens of literature.
