AIM2Flourish 2015 Appreciation Letter

Posted 12.18.2015

As 2015 comes to a close, the AIM2Flourish for Business as an Agent of World Benefit team is grateful to share our 2015 Appreciation Letter.

Please take a few moments to read what we’ve accomplished together in one short year. Then join us in 2016’s successes by signing up today with your own profile at

It was just over 12 months ago, when Professor David Cooperrider led a mini-Design Summit at the October 2014 "Flourish and Prosper" Global Forum in Cleveland. He asked us to consider global recognition for Business as an Agent of World Benefit. We dreamed about a student-led global platform to showcase good-for-the-world business innovations, and launching the project at the United Nations in June 2015.

From that dream, a small-but-mighty team designed AIM2Flourish as a student-led global learning initiative to discover and celebrate untold stories about business innovations for good. Using the UN’s 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development as a lens, business students go out in their community and interview business leaders about good-for-the-world innovations. These inspiring stories live on our new platform. The best-of-the-best will be recognized and celebrated at the Fourth Global Forum for Business as an Agent of World Benefit in June 2017, hosted by the Weatherhead School of Management and the Fowler Center on the campus of Case Western Reserve University.

It’s all come true.

Some 2015 highlights:

•    Launching in June at the UN with the results from our spring pilot. Watch our video.

•    Hearing Professors Ron Fry and David Cooperrider introduce AIM2Flourish to the July 2015 World Appreciative Inquiry Conference community.

•    Collaborating with business school professors all over the world who are offering the AIM2Flourish initiative to their students, with more joining us every week.

•    Reading and sharing innovation stories. Take a look!

•    Dreaming about what’s next. Watch our newest video about our aspirations.

We owe it all to you. And we’re just getting started.

We’re preparing to on-board our next group of business school professors and support their students with a fully automated online story submission process. We’re excited to discover how much our global community can grow in our second year!
