Deirdre Dixon, PhD in Management: Designing Sustainable Systems '14, is the recipient of the 2015 Kenneth E. Clark Student Research Award from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and International Leadership Association.
Dixon's paper, "Staying Alive: The Experience of In Extremis Leadership" was chosen as the best paper winner out of 75 papers submitted from nine countries around the world. Twenty-five CCL faculty members evaluated the papers through a multi-rater, blind review process.
Dixon receives a monetary award and the opportunity to speak at the 17th annual International Leadership Association conference held in Barcelona, Spain October 14-17, 2015.
