Current PhD in Management: Designing Sustainable Systems candidate Angela Crawford's paper, "Customer Contact Employee Passion: How Dyadic Interactions between Frontline Employees and Customers Transcend the Digital Age," has been accepted as part of a competitive paper session at the 2016 American Marketing Association (AMA) Winter Marketing Academic Conference.
The conference had a record number of submissions, which made the selection process very competitive. Crawford will present a 10-12 minute summary of her paper highlighting her research question, methods and key findings.
The conference program will be available on the AMA website October 20. The conference will take place in Las Vegas February 26-28, 2016.
