Hope is the author of The Strengths-Based Startup, published in March 2015. The workbook guides the entrepreneur through the steps to develop a strengths-based business model, an advisory board, goal setting, delegation, and task prioritization, all with the end goal of removing "startup fear." The workbook is designed to be used with Gallup's Entrepreneurial Profile 10 Assessment.
