Kathleen BuseKathleen Buse, PhD, President of Advancing Women in STEM, will moderate the Women's Leadership Council's gender pay gap discussion and luncheon on Tuesday, February 3 at 11:30 a.m. at Pine Ridge Country Club.

A panel of experts has been organized specifically to address gender pay gap issues facing women who work in Northeast Ohio. They will answer questions about negotiations, asking for a raise and how to manage being both assertive and likeable in the workplace.

Panelists include Tai-Chi Chan, Director of Human Resource Strategy and Inclusion for The Lubrizol Corporation, William Blausey, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer with Eaton and Sarah J. Moore, Partner at Roetzel & Andress.
