Flourishing Enterprise named among 2014 best books for leaders

The Center for Courage and Renewal has named Flourishing Enterprise: The New Spirit of Business among the Best Courageous Books for Leaders in 2014.
Flourishing Enterprise is written by Chris Laszlo, Fowler Center Faculty Director for Research and Outreach, and Judy Sorum Brown, along with Fowler Center distinguished fellows John R. Ehrenfeld, Mary Gorham, Ilma Barros Pose, Linda Robson, Roger Saillant, Dave Sherman, and Paul Werder.
Drawing together decades of research along with in-depth interviews, Flourishing Enterprise argues that strategic, organizational, and operational efforts to be sustainable reach the potential of flourishing when they incorporate one additional ingredient: reflective practices. Offering more than a dozen such practices, this book leads readers down a path to greater business success, personal well-being, and a healthier planet.
