Case Western Reserve University students now have the option to elect the newest Weatherhead School of Management minor in Leadership.
This new minor provides students an in-depth knowledge of the fundamental skills to lead people in organizations through a combination of theory, introspection, self-development, experiential learning, teamwork and practice.
Required courses for this minor include: Leading People and Leading Organizations. Elective courses include: Leading Teams, Women in Organizations, Managing Negotiations, and Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion.
