The private equity secondary team is a specialist private equity fund-of-funds focused on generating strong risk-adjusted returns for our investors primarily by investing in the acquisition of secondary interests in leveraged buyout, venture capital, mezzanine, and fund-of-funds in smaller, generally negotiated transactions. Overview of Role: The secondaries team is seeking an Analyst Intern interested in gaining exposure to the private equity and venture capital investing landscape. The Analyst Intern should be comfortable working in Excel and with financial statements. Financial modeling experience or prior principal investing exposure is not necessary but familiarity with Excel is a must. The Analyst Intern will report to and support CCP investment professionals in the following ways (i) detail sensitive conversion of financial statement information into Excel for new investment screening and portfolio management purposes, (ii) industry and market analysis completed in Excel, Word and or Powerpoint, & (iii) qualitative analysis of investment manager attributes.
