Class of 1965
Dr. Alan Fitz, PhD '65, MS ‘63, retired in 2012. His career consisted of three venues: as a faculty member of the Yale School of Medicine (5 Years), as a Corporate Manager for OD at DEC (5 years), and as an independent Organization Development consultant (35 years). He was a member of NTL Institute and the Organization Development Network since 1970, as well as a Charter member of the Portsmouth Consulting Group since 1980, a community of professionals in the social, behavioral and organizational sciences.
Class of 1966
Dr. Stephen Jenks, PhD '66, MS '63, taught for 24 years at the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. He formed the Portsmouth Counsulting Group in 1981, there still are 8 of the group 32 years later! The group included Case family-Herb Shepard, Al Fitz, Sherm Grinnell, and in the 1980s, Carolyn Lukensmeyer and John Carter. Currently Dr. Jenks is Principal with Greyledge Consulting and easing into retirement.

Dr. Susan Taft, PhD, received the Distinguished Teaching Award from Kent State University, the highest university honor for faculty in fall 2011. She also received three awards of "best article of the year" from different professional journals.

Moreen Bailey-Frater, MS, was appointed Vice-Chairman for the Cleveland Better Business Bureau.
Susan D. Steiger, MBA, became Vice President, Commercial Banking for Lorain National Bank.

James R. Geuther, MBA, became Regional President and Head, Commercial Banking Business, NE Ohio for Chase.
Dr. Jerry J. Marty, PFP, received Baltimore's TOP DOC in Pathology (peer award) for two consecutive years, 2009 and 2010, recognized by Baltimore Magazine.
Dr. Tojo Thatchenkery, PhD, is Professor and Director of M.S. in Organization Development and Knowledge Management at the School of Public Policy. He is also a member of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science (www.ntl.org) and the Taos Institute Policy, MBA, Organization Development, and executive development programs in the United States, Canada, South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Preet Jesrani, MBA, has worked several stints as an entrepreneur, business and IT/mobile strategy manager for Fortune 500 clients, political fundraiser for the Ohio Democratic Party and most recently, as a Senior Policy Advisor in Governor Strickland’s administration in the Ohio Treasurer’s office. In addition to his MBA from Weatherhead in Finance and Policy, he has an undergraduate degree from the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University. He resides with his wife and two children in Sandusky, Ohio.

Dr, Gregorio Banaga, Jr., PhD, has been President of Adamson University since 2003 and President of the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines since 2011.

Dr. Jimmy Schwarzkopf, DM, teaches a course in IT Innovation for seniors at the Academic College Tel Aviv Yafo for the Information Systems Undergraduate Degree. STKI is the foremost analyst firm covering the IT scene in Israel. He is a father of three and grandfather of two: Ran just finished his fellowship at Harvard and begins his career as a Clinical Professor at University of California-Irvine; Yonathan finished his PhD in Physics at Caltech and is working in a financial trading floor software firm and starting his own startup firm; and Sharon is an electrical engineer starting her MBA at MIT Sloan (she worked at Accenture between her degrees). All are happily married and bringing grandchildren into the world.
