Developing Authentic Leadership: Approaches and Strategies webinar
Posted 2.14.07Diana Bilimoria, associate professor, organizational behavior, will conduct a webinar at 10 a.m. EST on March 6 to discuss Developing Authentic Leadership: Approaches and Strategies.
Developing Authentic Leadership: Approaches and Strategies will discuss what authentic leadership is and how we can develop a meaningful, positive impact on others. Drawing on examples from organizational consulting and executive coaching experiences, Bilimoria will illustrate authentic leadership and describe its main elements: the moral foundation and the leadership core. Approaches and strategies for developing and exercising authentic leadership, including igniting people’s passion, creating positive energy for others, and using power and influence wisely also will be discussed.
Participants attending the webinar will gain enhanced understanding of their own leadership vision, values, philosophy, approach, and style. Additionally, participants will be able to employ the webinar to identify actions and strategies for enhancing their leadership contributions and positive impact.
