Abstract

This chapter is about a behaviorally specific model of team effectiveness that emphasizes the role of emotion and relationships on team effectiveness. It is built on our knowledge that social interactions create emotion and that the frequency of required interactions in a group amplifies the need for emotional intelligence in a group setting.
