Leadership Lab for Women in STEM™ takes place in person and virtually over three sessions. This blended format allows professionals flexibility and the opportunity to apply and reflect on their learning in between sessions.

Module 2.4 Synchronous learning (between 10/8 & 10/28): Coach & coachee*:
Timeframe: 60 min

  • Coach & coachee set a scheduled date/time to receive and review the 360 feedback (Zoom video call)

Developing EI & Effective Leadership
Timeframe: 15 min segment

  • Learn a process for developing your EI and leadership effectiveness

Module 2.6 Peer Coaching (between 10/8-10/28)
Timeframe: 90 min

Peer coach trios schedule date/time to discuss ESCI feedback and personal balance sheet )

Inclusive Leadership Experiential Learning Activity (Diana Bilimoria & Michael Walton: Institute for Creative Leadership)
Timeframe: 1:30 – 5:00 p.m.

  • Expand awareness of inclusive leadership skills
  • Develop skills of communicating effectively with diverse people and groups
  • Enhance capacity to create a high engagement team culture

Sustaining the Learning Part I (Ellen Van Oosten)
Timeframe: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

  • Translate your work into an actionable plan
  • Expand your approach to develop leadership and EI competencies
  • Consider the impact of a supportive, developmental network
