(Formerly “Management Practices for Cultivating Mindfulness”)
As leaders, we tend to display the habits and routines we have developed within our personal repertoire. Sometimes these routines derive from our past successes and sometimes they are simply based on our general work experiences. As environments become faster and more complex some of our methods can fall short of our best intentions. This program enables participants to use mindfulness to effectively develop others at work, run effective meetings, and manage relationships. In this program, participants will explore mindfulness as a process for enhancing various aspects of managing and developing others. The program is heavy in group discussion, individual reflection, and learning from collective experiences in the room.
