Leading Next Level Growth – The Weatherhead Way
Leading Next Level Growth – The Weatherhead Way provides owners and
executives at existing small and midsized businesses with a model to grow
their businesses. The intensive program incorporates three modules focusing
on areas critical to building competitive advantage and ultimately growing
the business. Participants will learn how to successfully drive change in
their organizations enabling them to transform their products, services, and
business model into profitable growth.
Success is 10% strategy and 90% execution. Leading Next Level Growth faculty
are leaders in their fields of study – bringing cutting edge theories
along with practical, execution-focused strategies and tactics into the
classroom. The emphasis will be on execution and growing your business TODAY
and facilitating a culture to support this growth. Participants will leave
the program armed with the knowledge and tools they need to move their
businesses to the Next Level.
Who Should Attend?
The program was designed for
business owners, executives and key employees of business that have been in
existence more than five years with at least $20 million in revenue. The
ideal candidates are individuals who can impact significant change within
their organizations.
Curriculum
Leading Next Level Growth is comprised of three modules consisting of three
days each (9 days total) over the course of five months. All sessions will be
held at the George S. Dively Building on Case Western Reserve
University's campus. The curriculum is as follows:
September 10-12, 2024
1) Grow Yourself – Emotional Intelligence
November 5-7, 2024
2) Grow Your Organization – Customers, Operations and Finance
January 21-23, 2025
3) Grow Your People – Leadership and Management
Program Fee
The fee for the program will be $10,000 per person. The fee includes the following:
- All sessions and materials, meals, snacks, books and articles for the sessions
- Parking for each session at Severance Garage on CWRU's campus
- Certificate of completion and digital badge
- Access to CWRU resources (ThinkBox, Fusion Center, internships, career fairs, etc.)
