Janet Malecki

Janet Malecki is a consultant with Improve Consulting and Training Group. She provides process improvement/Lean Six Sigma consulting services. Janet is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in quantitative business analysis from Cleveland State University. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Gannon University in Erie, Pa. Her work experience extends over 25 years in the computer and financial services industries. She most recently was responsible for Six Sigma training and projects for PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

Her background includes operations management, IT project management, and Six Sigma team management and training. As a facilitator and trainer, Janet uses her extensive background and experience, as well as her passion for continuous improvement, to convey the concepts of Six Sigma and continuous improvement in a real and meaningful way to her students.
