Bauback Yeganeh, PhD

Bauback Yeganeh is founder and principal of Everidian, an org-effectiveness consulting firm. His work enhances and sustains organizational performance through leadership development, strategic planning and execution. Yeganeh has consulted to businesses across multiple industries including financial services, biotechnology, manufacturing, healthcare and telecommunications. His client list also includes global NGO's focused on development and human rights. Yeganeh has worked in North and South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Yeganeh regularly partners in leader development endeavors with Duke Corporate Education, Case Western Reserve University, Center for Creative Leadership, and UNC Executive Development. He founded and leads the program in mindfulness through Weatherhead Executive Education, and has served as an adjunct professor at Elon University and American University. Yeganeh holds a PhD in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University, an MS in organization development from American University and a BA in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Maryland. He is an author of forward-thinking articles on mindfulness and intentional leadership, a guitartist and a music enthusiast.
