Exemplary Staff Supervision Practices

This is an intensive two session series that increases participants' collection of tools and strategies to use to effectively supervise those who work directly with youth. The series examines the roles and responsibilities of supervisors, staff evaluation tools, creation of professional development opportunities and so much more.
