Linda Ghazal

Linda believes in meeting individuals where they are today and helping them reach the next level. Her philosophy incorporates practical approaches to enhancing performance with the ultimate goal of creating satisfying incremental and enduring results.

Linda is the Principal of TruePoint Consulting, LLC, a full spectrum Human Resource and Organizational Development consulting firm focused on the role of human resources in aligning an organization’s people strategy with their overall business goals. This approach synchronizes business performance and employee satisfaction to create a people-centric culture. Linda’s approach is a pragmatic one focused on generating meaningful, incremental results within a broader set of strategic goals.

Prior to starting her consulting practice, Linda worked in the healthcare, manufacturing, nonprofit, and academic sectors. She has experience with large and small businesses, as well as startup organizations.

Linda has coached a wide range of individuals, including executive and middle management levels, department heads, young professionals, and graduate level as well as undergraduate students. Linda enjoys working with individuals from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and has a passion for working with young emerging leaders. She has served as a career, leadership development, and performance enhancement coach.

Linda has served as a coach for the Health Careers Enhancement for Minorities Program (HCEM) at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and the Neighborhood Leadership Development Program (NLDP), sponsored by the Mandel Foundation and Cleveland Foundation.

In addition to her coaching background, Linda possesses certifications in The Hay Group Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), Myers Briggs Type Indicator, as well as the Appreciative Inquiry Certificate in Positive Business and Society Change. In addition, she is skilled in the application of both the Kolb Learning Style Inventory (LSI) and The Boyatzis-Kolb Adaptive Style Inventory (ASI).

She earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Linda’s dissertation research focused on the assessment of organizational attachment styles and its relationship to leadership style. Investing in individuals’ emotional well-being and developing more secure leader-led relationships may aid in inspiring individuals to achieve beyond the expected and reach towards optimal performance. Her work suggests that transformational leaders may have the ability to motivate individuals to strive to accomplish not only individual goals but group and organizational goals. Linda received her MA in Biomedical Ethics and BA in Biology from Case Western Reserve University.
