The practice of “being mindful” helps us develop fresh perspective and the ability to respond creatively and effectively in the dynamic environment of today’s workplace. Across a range of contexts, mindfulness offers proven approaches to improve focus, creativity, and health; decrease stress; transform tension into opportunity; break automatic habits; and live more fulfilled lives.
This Certificate Program helps participants understand and start to master mindfulness techniques at work. Based on our knowledge of adult learning, this sequential program builds on previous courses to create an ideal platform for deep learning of mindfulness techniques and how to practice them in specific work contexts.
