Instructions for EDBAC Member schools paying for multiple participants
Paying by credit/debit card (preferred)
If the institution has a credit or debit card to use for the payment through Campus Groups, an administrator can use the current event registration page https://weatherhead.case.edu/events/ems2020/registration
to purchase multiple registrations and pay for them all at once. The process will ask for a separate name and email address for each registration, but the buyer should be able to enter their own name (or TBD) for each one, if these are not yet known.
Once the contact has the names and email addresses of attendees, they can email them to email@example.com and it will be updated in Campus Groups.
Paying by check
If you need to pay by check, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the names, email addresses and type of participant (faculty, alumni or student) indicating what each participant is registering for:
- student regular conference registration $100
- faculty, alumni or administrator regular conference registration $150
- doctoral consortium $150
- alumni consortium $200
(Both the doctoral and alumni consortium include regular conference registration)
If an invoice is needed, please indicate that in the email. Please send the check to the address listed below. Once the check is received, we will add the participants to the registration system.
