Execution: Transforming Plans into Action

The greatest strategic and project plans sit on shelves because of the daunting and formidable task of implementing them. This happens for many reasons. Most plans are not developed with implementation in mind and therefore are not actionable and measurable. The model for implementation is never created and communicated. Or the plan is never communicated. This workshop focuses on the keys to successfully turning a plan into action. This two-day program presents a combination of lecture, exercises and case studies with an opportunity in between sessions to apply and practice concepts at the workplace. Participants will learn how to design plans with implementation in mind, how to consistently and successfully execute plans, impact organizational culture and secure the talent required for success.
