Structured Problem Solving

Today’s managers face an endless stream of ambiguous business problems and opportunities and inadequate time to explore them all. This course covers a proven process for solving complex problems. It incorporates both analytical and creative techniques, and challenges traditional problem solving approaches. Participants leave with a powerful set of tools for developing realistic goals and valid hypotheses, planning the solution, exploring plausible alternatives, driving execution without sacrificing thoroughness or creativity and developing more solutions faster. The course also includes exciting real-life examples from a variety of organizations, and provides benefits to both managers and consultants.
