Coaching a Culture of Leadership

Learn how to develop leadership and Emotional Intelligence in others through this intensive, 3.5-day experience designed by Richard Boyatzis of the Organizational Behavior Department at the Weatherhead School of Management. Receive personal direction that benefits you and your organization, including one-on-one analysis and instruction on coaching EI in others. This experience uses the empirically-proven Intentional Change Process and self-directed learning and includes exercises and living cases from a participant’s own organization. Participants will complete the Emotional Competence Inventory as part of the program, and receive individual feedback on coaching from Master Coaches and peers.
