Winning Strategies for Creating and Launching Products and Services

As the pace of business accelerates and customer needs evolve, companies must continuously introduce new products to ensure a competitive position. In this program, managers will explore four critical dimensions to the process: How do we generate good product and service ideas? How do we identify customer needs? What kinds of market research and analysis must we do to incorporate the voice of the customer into the products and services we develop? How do we get the majority of the market to adopt our new product or service? How do we forecast demand? Through an interactive presentation, case study and group exercises, managers and company leaders will learn how to increase the firm’s effectiveness in the risky, but essential, process of developing new products and services.
