Building Strong Brands

Fact: Strong, well-managed brands are critical to differentiating products in an intensely competitive marketplace. Reality: Few organizations understand how to build on organizational strengths to create strong brand equity and customer loyalty. This course provides frameworks for exploring and applying comprehensive strategies that leverage your organization’s products, people and processes to build brand equity that makes a difference. Explore the linkages between customer satisfaction, brand equity, revenue growth and profitability.
