Technical Roles

 

Software Developer - Our small teams of software developers participate in all aspects of the development process, from meeting customers to system design through quality assurance and delivery.  New functionality and systems are being developed daily that extend current capabilities and break new ground in the industry.

 

Technical Consultant/Problem Solver - Leverage your problem-solving skills and technical interest, combined with our comprehensive training program, to help support our nationwide clients. You'll become an expert in our applications and work closely with our customers' most technical staff to help ensure their organizations' continued success through troubleshooting, development, analysis, training, quality assurance, project management and installation.

 

Non-Technical Roles

 

Project Management/Implementation Consultant – Travel the nation to work with hospitals and healthcare organizations to get our software up and running. Project Managers analyze client needs, develop strategies tailored to a specific organization, configure the system, and ensure a successful implementation of Epic software.

 

Quality Assurance/Software Tester – Be an advocate for the end-users and patients.  Quality Assurance test the software top to bottom to ensure the best quality software.  Testers are also responsible for the ease-of-use of our software so that our customers can perform their jobs in the most efficient way possible.
