Weatherhead Wellness Presents: Qigong

Rejuvenate & Release Stress with Qigong!

Qigong is known as 'moving meditation'  incorporating gentle, rhythmic movements with concentration on breath and releasing tension in the body & mind.  Practicing Qigong may reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system.

All Weatherhead faculty, staff and students are welcome to join us on Tuesdays & Thursdays in RM 203 from 1:30pm-2:00pm.
