We’ve got a terrific program lined up. We’ll spend the morning with Dr. Ron Fry, chair of Weatherhead’s Organizational Behavior Dept., and Adrian McLean, of Ashridge Consulting and Ashridge Business School in England. Ron will present Managing by Design, looking at how design skills and methods enable managers to respond to complex situations creatively, holistically, and productively. Adrian, who’s familiar to many MPOD alumni from our visits to Ashridge, will present on Complex Responsive Systems, the application of complexity thinking, emergence and self-organization.
We’ll have back-to-back breakout sessions led by almuni in the afternoon. The breakouts and presenters are:
