Ace the Interview! Succeeding at Behavioral Interviewing

This workshop helps students hone their behavioral interviewing skills and present themselves as compelling job candidates.  The session covers how to convey personal competencies, how effectively to prepare for interviews and how to conduct oneself during interviews. Interviewing frameworks are provided and participants gain hands-on practice and valuable peer feedback through "mini" mock interviews. Emphasis is placed on interview preparation and research, competency assessment, the purpose of behavioral interviewing, responding to tough interview questions, and non-verbal communication.
