Weatherhead Connections: Summer EDGE Fellows Program 2022

Chris Keller, Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, will join Weatherhead graduate business students in-person on Tuesday, March 15th from 1:00-2:00 pm to talk about opportunities to participate in the Summer EDGE Fellows Program 2022. This event will take place in the Peter B. Lewis Building, Room 203.

EDGE is seeking to hire talented students as independent consultants who work in cross-functional teams with experienced business mentors to help Northeast Ohio companies explore and validate new market opportunities – focusing on primary and secondary market research with potential for some data analytics-related projects, too.

While EDGE Fellows work independently in teams and generally get together as a group each Friday at different companies around NE Ohio, the program has a balance of virtual and in-person work throughout the summer. In 2021, EDGE Fellows rated their overall experience as a “9.4” out of 10 (avg. response). This paid experiential internship regularly gets rave reviews from participating students, mentors and companies. Open to graduate students of all disciplines as well as rising seniors and non-traditional students. Strong candidates must communicate very well both verbally and in writing with executive leaders and be inquisitive and self-starters.

This 40-hour-per-week internship pays $6,800 (or $3,400/mo.) and runs from the end of May through the end of July.

To apply - Hiring occurs on a rolling basis through the beginning of May.
