Appreciative Inquiry: Co-Creation, Emergence, and Inclusive Design

In this 45-minute webcast, you will get a sneak preview of Faith and Staceye’s upcoming Organization Development Network Conference presentation. This will be a private session, exclusive to students and alumni, to preview, ask questions and give constructive feedback.

In their session they plan to introduce attendees to the principles and practices of Appreciative Inquiry, specifically addressing how AI can help build inclusive and resilient organizations through its inherently co-creative processes. They will ask participants to explore the revolutionary results that are possible when organizations and systems are engaged in inclusive, participatory, and authentic processes that focus on the best possible aspects of the present and the future.
