Privacy and Personalization in the Age of AI & Analytics

The promise of AI and Analytics includes smarter decisions and personalized solutions that improve corporate effectiveness and our daily lives, as no other technology so far has.  To secure this promise requires clients and customers to share and provide unrestrained access to their data, and for corporates to resolve privacy dilemmas that such access requires.

A 2017 PwC CEO Pulse survey found that 76 percent of CEOs reported that lack of transparency was impeding AI adoption in their enterprises, and that the “future of AI will depend on trust” that clients and customers have in corporates’ use of their data.

Recent disclosures and misuses of customer and public data have put this trust at risk.

How are and should client and customer privacy concerns be addressed to unlock the payoffs from Analytics and AI?

What are good practices for handling customer and client data?

How can corporates participate in analytics programs to prepare future students for safeguarding client and customer privacy while advancing the promise of AI and Analytics?
