Chris Hutter is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of value creation.  He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Power Survey, a leading provider of power quality solutions for large energy users and utilities.  From 2007-2017 he was an executive at PowerSecure International, Inc. where he most recently served as the company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Operating and Financial Officer.  PowerSecure was a $400+ million NYSE-listed company until 2016, when it was purchased by Southern Company, one of the largest utilities in North America.  PowerSecure delivered industry-leading growth and served customers with a one-of-a-kind portfolio of products and services, including distributed generation, energy storage, solar, microgrids, energy efficiency services, LED lighting products, and utility infrastructure solutions.  Prior to joining PowerSecure, he served in various management positions from 1993-2007 with ADVO, Inc., a $1.5 billion NYSE-listed marketing services company.  Due to its strong track record and market position, ADVO was acquired by a large strategic buyer, Valassis Communications in 2007.  Early in his career, Chris worked at the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche.  Chris has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a B.S. in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University.
