During this session we will: 

  • Identify different ‘suits’ and recognize when and how to best utilize each ‘suit.
  • Consider why the co-worker that you like the least is the one you need the most.
  • Acknowledge how your greatest strength can limit your success
  • Develop effective and productive ways of communicating with different ‘suits’
