Foster mentor-mentee interactions and focus on preparing mentees for challenging job interviews. In a mock interview setup (informal), each mentor will interview 3-4 mentees for 10-15 minutes each in a “speed-dating” format. Mentors will draw from their own hiring experiences to pose 3-4 critical questions as a way to provide broad and specific feedback to mentees. Overall objective is to direct mentee attention to areas of improvement and skill-refinement that increase the probability of landing a job.
