The Role of Positive Organization Development in American Healthcare Reform

In this 45-minute webcast -- 30 minute briefing and 15 minutes for Q&A- Loretta Randolph (MOD 6) will explore the strenth-based approaches being used to transform how Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) conduct business.  It will particularly focus on the establishment and promulgation of agency-wide Affinity Groups.  Loretta will discuss the innovative design approaches based on Appreciative Inquiry and Process Consultation tenets she used to co-create the program and team of consultants and and  CMS officials who lead these groups.
