Reaching Your Full Potential: Using Experiential Learning to Drive Excellence in Individuals & Teams

In this 60-minute webcast, 45-minute briefing and 15 minutes of Q&A, Kay Peterson will introduce you to the new resources designed to put Experiential Learning on the agenda of every organizational change and development effort and anyone looking to enact personal change.  Kay will share the new Kolb Learning Style Inventory 4.0 with nine learning styles, the important advancement of learning flexibility, and discuss why individuals, teams and organizations that make learning explicit will adapt and thrive in complex, uncertain times.
