The Philips Rotational International Marketing program is designed to increase Philips’s marketing impact and efficiency while helping our next wave of marketing leaders build expertise and industry knowledge across all Philips Business.
Each rotation is designed to build marketing skills in a variety of business and market functions (product segmentation, market intelligence, new product development) in a high tech, global organization. You will be assigned ownership of a project in one of these functions for each of your rotations.
About The Rotation
· 27 month program
· 3 rotations, 9 months each (several locations: Cleveland, OH; Bothell, WA; Andover, MA)
· Assigned Mentor
· Focus on multiple health businesses e.g. CT (Computed Tomography), AMI (Advanced Nuclear Imaging), US (Ultrasound)
· Paid relocation for all three rotations
· Career track possibilities include, but are not limited to, Sr. Product Manager and Sr. Marketing Manager
What We Are Looking For
•Currently completing MBA with a Marketing focus and 3-5 years Marketing experience with demonstrated skills in core marketing competencies, such as:
oGeneral management, leadership, and strategy
oQuality and process management
oCorporate control, law, ethics, and governance
•Demonstrated leadership on or off the campus
•Demonstrated experience working in a rigorous (fast paced, highly changing) and technical environment
•Values teaming up to excel, taking ownership, and eagerness to win
•Ability to live and work in different geographical business locations (Cleveland, OH and Bothell, WA with possibilities for both national and international travel)
