BVU 2017 Purpose at Work Summithttps://weatherhead.case.edu/events/2017/05/12/2017-purpose-at-work-summit
Join Northeast Ohio business leaders for a full-day design workshop where you and your team will go beyond learning and dialogue, towards implementation - of new ideas, initiatives and approaches for employee engagement.
Using the Appreciative Inquiry 4-D Cycle, an innovative approach to large group collaboration, participants will spend the first half of the day spreading the best ideas and real world examples, followed by an afternoon of designing initiatives, action steps and commitments around their own employee engagement priorities.
Participants are encouraged to bring a team of leaders:
- The opportunity to work together to develop a unified plan to elevate employee engagement
- The more team members involved, the opportunity for post-event implementation increases exponentially
- More team members means a larger repository of ideas and perspectives
