American Greetings will be conducting an Information Session at the Weatherhead School of Management on Wednesday, September 30th, from 10:30 am-11:30 am.

Supply Chain Leadership Rotation Program 

The Supply Chain Leadership Rotation Program is for students whose passion is manufacturing and supply chain excellence. The goals of the program are:

• To provide a broad understanding of the core business functions critical to the success of the supply chain organization

• To provide a qualified talent pool for future leadership positions within the supply chain organization.

We are looking for candidates who are innovative, collaborative, creative and driven to develop these skills in an organization where opportunity is unlimited.


The program begins with a 10-week internship following the first year of graduate studies. Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be considered for the full-time rotation program.


The 3-year rotational program consists of three 12-month assignments that are diverse in function and responsibilities. Candidates will gain experience in project management, collaboration, time management, team participation, continuous improvement opportunities and decision making. Some rotational assignments for the Leadership

Program will involve temporary relocation.


Rotational assignments could take place in:

• Manufacturing

• Distribution

• Engineering

• Field Service

• Forecasting and Demand Planning

• Global Supply

• Supply and Inventory Planning

• Program and Project Management

• Program Scheduling and Capacity Planning

• Retail Inventory Management I Order Services


The ideal candidate will be a 1st year MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Statistics or Logistics. Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Manufacturing with technical skills in MS Excel and/or Access a plus.
