Women in Business Club Meeting

According to Business Insider, "Not negotiating your salary early and often can cost you more than $1 million in lost earnings over the course of your career, according to a recent analysis by Salary.com. And when it comes to salary negotiations, women can be their own worst enemies. Research shows that women are significantly less likely to negotiate for higher salaries then men, especially when it's unclear whether negotiating is expected."

With full-time job and internship search efforts well underway, it's time to think about negotiating your offer.
