Petersilge Professor of Law and Professor of Bioethics, School of Medicine; Director of the Law-Medicine Center, and J.B. Silvers, Ph.D., John R. Mannix Medical Mutual of Ohio Professor of Health Care Finance and Professor of Banking and Finance at the Weatherhead School of Management with a joint appointment in the School of Medicine.
