Wine Society presents...

Fundamentals of Cheese Tasting

Cheers! Join the wine society for a night of fun and exploration of cheese that is sure to please cheese connoisseurs and amateurs alike. We will sample and learn about "fromage" from around the world as well as our own backyard.

Though many people might think that wine tasting is the most complex form of high cultured experience, the world of cheese tasting is an unexplored gem that in fact exceeds the intricacies of the wine world.

All participants will be expected to present for 30 seconds to 1 minute on their favorite cheese. The best part is that this provides an opportunity to share a "block" of cheese that you’re passionate about or discover a new one that you have been dying to try.

And of course, don’t forget the bread. The wine society will be supplying the other h'orderves to keep our appetites satiated while we enjoy the fruits of the dairy.
