Driving Change

Greening the Automotive Workforce

On May 3 & 4, Susan Helper is one of several speakers at this conference in Dearborn Michigan, which is focused on the transformation of the auto industry. Research findings from top universities will be revealed which looks into this transformation, determines its effects on businesses and workers, and devises ways for the auto workforce to transition to new careers both within and outside the auto industry. Conference participants will be the first to receive the research results from 18 months of effort and will have the opportunity to network with industrial leaders, educators, and workers to share their experiences and collaborate on future initiatives.
