Life Planning, Career Development & Building Powerful Networks

Climbing the corporate ladder is no longer a set career path from position A to position B to position C. Increasingly, upwardly mobile professionals must define their own track. Simply doing your “job” is not enough to move ahead, or even to build a secure future. In order to assure your success and maximize your contribution to the organization, it is essential to pro-actively manage your career. This program focuses on three key skills to career management: defining goals, building an effective network, and cultivating mentor relationships. The emphasis is on you and your definition of success, and how to align your personal aspirations with your organization’s vision. In this interactive program, you will learn ways to increase your impact in visible ways, build an effective network, and develop dynamic mentoring relationships. By the end of the program, you will be in a position to begin your career life plan with practical action steps you can put into immediate action.
