Developing Your Management Skills

For those new to a management or supervisory position, making the shift from “doing” to “managing” requires a different set of skills and know-how. This intensive program is designed to teach new managers how to avoid some of the pitfalls involved in the transition. Learn the basics of the management development process including setting objectives and priorities, organizing work and workers, motivating people and using disciplinary action.
