Career/Life Integration for Women in Leadership

Modern organizational life, with its emphasis on doing more with less, keeping up with change, and staying connected “24/7,” presents a constant set of performance pressures. In this environment, women face an increasing struggle with managing the many aspects of their lives, balancing the demands of work and family, and finding personal fulfillment that is personally sustaining. This interactive program offers women a chance to clarify what is most important and to define their success in relation to their career roles, family roles and personal development as healthy, growing individuals. They will have the opportunity to look objectively at how they spend their time and energies, as well as an opportunity to identify and prioritize their goals and responsibilities. Through personal reflection and assessments, group interaction and insights from current research, participants will have multiple opportunities to explore how to develop a professional and personal life that is productive and rewarding. Participants will leave the program with an individualized strategic career life planning process to help them manage their time more efficiently and concentrate on the important goals they wish to accomplish in all aspects of their lives.
