Recent research (along with what your experiences can attest) indicates that women use a different style when negotiating, and in addition, women do not negotiate as often as men. The result may be that women do not get what they want, and deserve, at work and in their personal lives. The goal of the program is to assist women in healthcare to understand the impact of not negotiating and to develop the skills and attitudes to enable them to negotiate more successfully.
