John Nottingham and John Spirk are the co-founders and co-presidents of Nottingham-Spirk Design Associates, Inc., one of the leading new product invention and development groups in the US. It is responsible for the creation of hundreds of successful products with over 400 commercialized patents. Combined sales of products created by Nottingham-Spirk exceed 30 billion dollars. John Nottingham and John Spirk received their Industrial Design degrees in 1972 from the Cleveland Institute of Art. They both serve on the Boards of Trustees for the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Institute of Art, University Circle, Inc. and SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise). In addition, John Spirk is the Chairman of the Architectural Review Board of Gates Mills, OH, and John Nottingham is Vice Chairman of the Board of the Cleveland Institute of Art.
